No. Quantity, specification, delivery terms and lead time all move the price, so a published figure would be wrong for almost every buyer. Send us a request for quotation and you will get a real number, usually within 48 hours.

Lead time is stated on each product page where we know it. Stock items despatch within a few days. Made-to-order equipment typically runs from two to eight weeks depending on the machine. Every quotation states the lead time for that specific order.

Minimum order quantities are flexible and stated per product. We will quote a single machine, and we would rather you tested us on one order than committed to ten.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Send a specification, a competitor part number or a photograph and we will identify what matches.

We quote EXW, FCA and DAP as standard. Tell us which suits your freight arrangements and we will price accordingly. Mixed orders are consolidated onto one shipment where possible.

Our focus is the EU, but we do export. Customs classification, origin and any export documentation are handled as part of the quotation.

First orders are normally prepayment or payment against proforma invoice. Once a trading history is established we can discuss terms. VAT-registered buyers within the EU should supply a valid VAT number so the invoice is raised correctly.

Warranty is stated on each product and typically runs from twelve to twenty-four months, with wear parts excluded. Claims are handled by us directly rather than by a distant manufacturer.
