A quotation from us states the price, the lead time, the Incoterm, the packed weight and dimensions, and what documentation ships with the goods. Those are the things that decide whether an order works, and leaving them for a second email wastes everyone a day.

Documentation is not gated

Every datasheet on this site downloads without a form. Technical buyers evaluate on documentation, and making you trade your contact details for a PDF is a way of losing the evaluation rather than winning a lead.

Flexible minimum order quantities

We will quote a single machine and we will quote a container. Small first orders are normal and we would rather you tested us on one than committed on ten.

Compliance handled properly

Goods placed on the EU market need to be conform, and someone has to hold the paperwork. We supply declarations of conformity, applied standards and test documentation as a matter of course, and we vet suppliers on that basis.

Technical support from people who know the products

Ask us how to size a generator for a starting load, whether a compressor will keep up with two spray guns, or which torque wrench meets your standard. We would rather spend ten minutes getting the specification right than process a return.
